This babka combines two cultures.  Ube is a purple root vegetable that is typically found in Filipino desserts. The ube flavor is subtle, a touch of nuttiness.  The combination of the ube with our dough creates the most incredibly soft and moist babka. This babka is then slathered with nutella and sprinkled with oreos. Kosher Certified
